Teknik Inşaat Turizm ve Ticaret Ltd. was founded in 1994 by Kenan Baş together with Ridvan Baş and Nuran Merter. Şti. he worked in the construction and project design branches. Our company, which has signed many works in these fields, added project management service and technical consultancy to its branches of activity with the addition of Kemal Baş to the team in 2019.

The project management service that we think that Yalova, which is growing and developing, needs in order to move forward in the construction sector in a healthy way, is carried out by a young and dynamic TECHNICAL team blended with experience.

The TECHNIQUE, which deals with project design on a higher scale, develops urban design projects that include healthy and human-scale living spaces where residents of the city are connected to their city in a neighborhood culture.

Our company, which has set its goal as shaping the present and designing the future with the strength and inspiration it has received from the past, will continue to contribute to its city, country and the world with the excitement of the first day.
